1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and ekplus ("Platform" or "We"), an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ekplus website at ekplus.onl, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required not to use the ekplus platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms is considered your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are to be read together with the ekplus Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the entire agreement between the User and the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use ekplus services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times of use:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal or not explicitly prohibited.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or be under a debt management arrangement that prohibits you from gambling.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have never had an account closed or suspended by ekplus for fraud or previous breach of these Terms.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, valid identity card number (MyKad) or passport, mobile phone number and active email address. ekplus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one ekplus account. Registration of multiple accounts by one individual is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed without a refund.

3. Account Use and Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your ekplus account. You are required to ensure that your account password is kept confidential and not shared with any party, including family members, friends or parties claiming to represent ekplus.

If you suspect that your password has been compromised or that there has been unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the ekplus customer support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

The use of automated bots, assistance software, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs in the ekplus system must be reported to us and not exploited for personal gain.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ekplus accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts or cards is prohibited and may result in account suspension. ekplus does not accept direct cash payments.

All financial transactions processed through the ekplus platform are encrypted using industry-standard encryption technology to protect your financial information. We do not store your full card or bank account details in our system.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed by the ekplus team within 1 hour after the request is received and verified. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to certain conditions.

Before any withdrawal is approved, ekplus reserves the right to request user identity verification through the KYC process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card, a recent bank statement or other relevant supporting documents.

If your account has any active bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements, withdrawal of funds may be held until those conditions are fully met or the bonus is cancelled. ekplus reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraud.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The ekplus welcome bonus offers a 200% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount awarded, not the deposit amount.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement that must be completed is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before the bonus funds or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Second example: If you deposit RM600, you will receive the maximum bonus of RM500, bringing your balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement that must be completed is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to other users or converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• ekplus reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at its own discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, such as hedge betting to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited.
• Other promotions announced from time to time are subject to the specific terms of those promotions.

The ekplus VIP programme offers weekly cashback across five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Progression between tiers is determined by your level of activity and commitment as a player.

7. Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed through the ekplus platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before final confirmation.

In the event of a technical error during the betting process, ekplus reserves the right to void the bet concerned and return the stake to the user's account. Game round outcomes affected by software errors will be reviewed and resolved based on a fair assessment.

Bets placed using funds derived from illegal activities are prohibited. ekplus cooperates fully with the relevant authorities where there are signs of the platform being used for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

8. Responsible Gambling

ekplus takes responsible gambling seriously. This platform is designed to provide entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We provide tools and resources to help users manage their gambling habits.

Users may contact the ekplus customer support team to request deposit limits, betting limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion if they feel their usage requires control. Such requests will be handled with full respect and confidentiality.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any ekplus content without our prior express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ekplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with the use of this platform.

ekplus makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur and ekplus is not responsible for any potential losses during such periods.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and ekplus is not responsible for any losses incurred while playing on this platform.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

ekplus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or suspicion that the user is involved in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The user violates any provision of these Terms.
• The user registers multiple accounts.
• The user attempts to exploit bonuses or the betting system unfairly.
• The user provides false information during registration or during the KYC process.
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age.

In cases of closure due to a breach of the Terms, the account balance including any unwithdawn real money may be forfeited subject to case assessment. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are entitled to claim their real money balance through customer support channels.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ekplus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the ekplus website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the ekplus platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting the customer support team.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ekplus is registered and holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as determined by the relevant licensing authority.
